By accessing and using Reclaimed Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Reclaimed Marketplace is a decentralized platform for buying and selling second-hand goods using Solana blockchain technology. Our platform facilitates:

• Peer-to-peer transactions using cryptocurrency
• Escrow services through smart contracts
• Marketplace for pre-owned items
• User profiles and transaction history

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your listings
• Honor all transactions you initiate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Secure your wallet and private keys
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Our platform operates on the Solana blockchain. By using our services, you acknowledge:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Smart contracts execute automatically based on code
• Network fees may apply to transactions
• Transaction times depend on network conditions
• You are responsible for your wallet security

Our escrow system provides buyer protection through smart contracts:

• Funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• Buyers must confirm receipt to release funds
• Disputes may be resolved through platform mediation
• Escrow may expire after a specified period
• Marketplace fees are automatically deducted

Our platform charges the following fees:

• 2.5% marketplace fee on completed transactions
• Solana network fees for blockchain transactions
• No listing fees for sellers
• No browsing fees for buyers

All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.

The following items and activities are prohibited on our platform:

• Illegal items or services
• Stolen or counterfeit goods
• Hazardous or dangerous materials
• Adult content or services
• Weapons or ammunition
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Fraudulent or misleading listings

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us license to use it for platform operations. You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Actions of buyers or sellers
• Blockchain network issues or delays
• Loss of funds due to user error
• Technical issues or platform downtime

In case of disputes:

• First, attempt to resolve directly with the other party
• Contact our support team for mediation
• Provide evidence and documentation
• Accept platform decisions on dispute resolution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated disputes or complaints
• Misuse of platform features

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
